Voice dialogue can help us awaken to many different perspectives, broadening our mind , our horizons and self knowledge. It is a form of facilitated role play where the script is yours to act out.
Voice Dialogue (created by Hal and Sidra Stone), is a tool to expand one’s perspective and consciousness and thus supports our ever developing self-knowledge.
Role play can be fun, revealing, encountering, defusing, humbling, empowering .....
North American Indians said you couldn’t understand another until you had walked ten miles in their moccasins.
Getting into another’s, or many others’, shoes is what Voice Dialogue can do.
This process-oriented method of Self exploration has helped many people find greater balance, understanding and purpose in their lives.
